Dr Fletcher is a professor of Psychology at the Goldsmiths College, University of London, UK. His research has a particular focus on assessment centers and 360-degree feedback. He is also involved in the practical aspects of applying selection and screening to the workplace.

Professor Baruch Nevo
Dr Nevo is a professor in the Department of Psychology at the University of Haifa, Israel. He is a member of the Israel Psychological Association, the American Psychological Association, the International Association for Applied Psychology, and the National Institute for Testing and Evaluation Research Committee.
